Terms of Service

01What these terms cover

Using the AiLAE Tour app or website means you accept these terms. The service is provided by 5G nuMultiMedia Limited（AiLAE Tour）.

Physical services such as study tours and destination tickets have their own contracts or quotations; where those conflict with these terms, those documents govern.

02Accounts

One account per person. Keep your password safe; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

If your account is compromised, write to us immediately.

Under 18

A parent or guardian must consent before signing up.

Details must be genuine

A false name or someone else's phone number will affect prize fulfilment; prizes are checked against contact details, and we cannot award them if they don't match.

03Points

Points are a promotional benefit we provide. They are not your property, nor any form of prepayment, token or security.

Exchange rate

$1 spent earns 1 point; 100 points come off a bill as $1. Minimum 100 points per redemption.

No cash value

Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or sold.

Refunds

When an order is refunded, the points it earned are taken back.

Cheating

Points obtained through fake accounts, repeat registrations or false photos will be cancelled, and the account may be suspended.

Rule changes

We may adjust how points are earned and redeemed. Changes are announced in the app first, and points already earned are not reduced.

04What you upload

By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to do so, and that if other people appear in it you have their consent.

You keep the copyright in your photos. You license us to use them only as far as review and points awarding require; for promotional use we will ask for your written consent separately.

What you must not upload

Content that infringes others' rights, is pornographic or violent, contains other people's personal data, or is unrelated to the activity.

We may remove content

We remove content that breaks these rules, and may reclaim the related points or suspend the account.

05Availability

We work to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. Maintenance, upgrades or third-party failures may cause downtime.

Activities, prizes and itineraries may change because of weather, venue or regulatory requirements; we announce changes as soon as we can.

06Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes should first be settled amicably; failing that, they go to the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
